RentHop quotes 6,200 USD, which is far out of line with both and is excluded. Ranking weighs price against those comps first, then floor space, then walking distance to Abbot Kinney — distinguishing the retail core (Main St to Venice Blvd) from the south leg (Venice Blvd to Washington).
